Two months ago, this little fighter came home from the hospital. Olin was born via emergency c-section at just 26 weeks weighing in at only 1.1lbs. Amazingly, Olin fought his way through all of the major hurdles in the NICU over the course of a long four months. While he is still on oxygen at home and has some catching up to do on weight, he has been doing incredibly well relative to everything he has been through. We are so happy and proud to have him home. With Olin making great developmental strides over the past week and with today being Mother’s day - this made for a great time to take a pause and reflect. While it has been a very challenging, humbling, and sometimes scary journey, we are so very grateful for Olin as well as all of the constant love and support from NICU nurses, doctors, family and friends.
